Product Description
This series of rubber scraper strip products are mainly made of NBR (nitrile rubber), specially designed for scraping and flow guiding operations of underwater robots in complex underwater environments, and are suitable for cleaning application scenarios such as underwater sludge, floating debris, and water flow guidance. The products feature excellent chemical stability and structural durability, and accept customization services for size and structure.
PRODUCT FUNCTION
Rubber scraper strips have excellent scraping and flow guiding functions, which can help underwater robots effectively remove sludge, debris and impurities during operation and improve the water flow direction in the operation area. Meanwhile, they have good corrosion resistance and weather resistance, can adapt to various water quality environments, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
PERFORMANCE INDEX
Chemical corrosion resistance: After being immersed in media such as residual chlorine, copper sulfate, flocculant, acids and alkalis, sodium hypochlorite for 30 days, the performance retention is ≥80% and the volume change is ≤15%;
UV resistance: Performance retention ≥80% after 168 hours of UV irradiation;
High and low temperature cycle resistance: Dimensional stability is maintained after 6 high-low temperature cycles from -20℃ to 60℃;
Ozone aging resistance: No cracks on the surface.
APPLICATION AREA
Widely used in underwater cleaning robots, underwater detection equipment, aquaculture cleaning systems, reservoir or port maintenance robots and other scenarios, used for scraping sediments, removing impurities, guiding water flow, meeting the needs of long-term operation in highly corrosive water bodies.
