Product Description
This series of automotive vibration damping sheets (also known as damping pads or shock absorbing plates) take butyl rubber and aluminum foil composite as the main material, specifically designed to reduce vehicle structural vibration and noise. The product is usually pasted on areas with frequent resonance such as car doors, chassis, and trunks. Through the internal energy dissipation mechanism of the material, it effectively absorbs sheet metal resonance and inhibits the transmission of structural noise. It has excellent flame-retardant, moisture-proof, and anti-aging properties, can be flexibly cut and pasted according to the vehicle body structure, meets the needs of different vehicle models, and enhances the overall vehicle NVH performance and driving comfort. Customization services are available.
PRODUCT FUNCTION
High-efficiency vibration isolation and noise reduction: Absorbs mechanical vibration through the viscoelastic properties of butyl rubber, inhibiting body sheet metal resonance;
Synergistic noise reduction system: Used in conjunction with sound insulation cotton and other materials, significantly reducing engine noise, wind noise, and tire noise;
Enhanced safety: Flame retardant rating reaches UL94 V0 and EN45455 R2, effectively improving overall vehicle safety standards;
Easy operation: With release paper on the back, it allows flexible cutting, can be directly attached without tools, and is suitable for various curved surface structures;
Improved durability: Moisture-proof and anti-aging, with no shedding or hardening after pasting, ensuring long-term vibration isolation effect.
PERFORMANCE INDEX
