Product Description

This series of products is made primarily from butyl rubber (IIR) and is manufactured using an extrusion non-vulcanisation moulding process to form semi-solid products with vibration damping properties. The products offer excellent noise reduction and vibration damping performance as well as outstanding sealing performance, and are widely used in industrial applications such as vibration control and sealing protection. PRODUCT FUNCTION

This product features high damping, strong adhesion, environmental friendliness, and safety. It effectively absorbs and dissipates mechanical vibrations and shock waves, reducing noise interference. Additionally, it offers excellent sealing properties, is non-toxic, odourless, and non-corrosive, meeting green environmental standards. It can operate stably over the long term in a variety of working conditions.

Material density: 1.5g/cm³ ~ 2.7g/cm³

Vibration damping and noise reduction performance: Quickly absorbs vibration waves and suppresses the propagation of impact noise.

Sealing performance: Strong adhesive properties, suitable for use on a variety of material surfaces.

Environmental performance: No harmful volatile substances, non-corrosive, and compliant with environmental requirements such as RoHS and REACH.
