Product Description
Multi-layer composite high-damping vibration damping sheet (also known as damping pads or shock absorbing plates) adopts a multi-layer structural design, composed of butyl rubber with different properties composited with aluminum foil. Through formulation and structural optimization, it broadens the glass transition temperature range and improves damping efficiency. The product has a composite loss factor of ≥0.4, mainly applied to parts with strong vibration such as chassis and trunks, featuring high vibration absorption, strong adhesion, moisture-proof and anti-aging properties. It is easy to construct, adapts to complex sheet metal structures, and can effectively improve the vehicle's overall NVH performance as well as the quiet and comfortable driving/riding experience.
