Product Description


This series of products are made of composite materials of ACM (polyacrylate rubber) and FSR (high-temperature resistant elastomer), combined with airbag structure design and special vulcanization process. They feature excellent high/low temperature resistance, oil resistance, vibration damping and sealing performance. According to working condition requirements, they can meet complex operating conditions within the range of **-60℃ to 200℃**, and are widely used in vibration damping and protection systems that need to withstand air pressure fluctuations and thermal expansion scenarios.

PRODUCT FUNCTION


Adopting a built-in closed airbag structure, it can absorb external impacts and expansion forces caused by high temperatures, achieving dynamic vibration damping;  

The material has excellent resilience, pressure resistance, and thermal stability, adapting to working conditions with large temperature differences or high-frequency vibrations;  

It maintains sealing without leakage under conditions of air pressure changes, improving system reliability;  

Air expansion at high temperatures triggers a buffering mechanism, and the airbag resets when the temperature drops, effectively extending the service life of the equipment.
