Product Description


This series of sealing rubber products is made primarily from FKM (fluororubber) and is specially designed for agricultural drones and robots operating in high-altitude, low-temperature, high-vibration, and highly corrosive environments. It offers excellent chemical resistance, sealing performance, and environmental adaptability. Widely used for sealing and protection in key areas such as battery compartments, motor systems, sensors, and housing interfaces. Custom designs based on drawings or samples are available to meet various structural requirements.

Product Function


The products feature excellent sealing protection, corrosion resistance, temperature tolerance and durability, capable of prolonged operation in highly corrosive chemical environments. They effectively safeguard core components of drones or robots from external liquid and dust erosion, enhancing overall stability and safety. Particularly suitable for demanding applications involving high-frequency operations and pesticide environments.

Pesticide Resistance: Maintains effective sealing after >100 hours of mechanical movement in various high-concentration toxic pesticide solutions;  

Strong Chemical Resistance: ≥80% performance retention after 168-hour immersion in acids, alkalis, oils, alcohols, chlorine, and chloramines;  

Organic Solvent Resistance: ≤20% volume change after 500-hour immersion in 15% toluene + 10% acetone + 10% methanol mixed solution;  

Operating Temperature Range: -55℃ ~ 260℃ with long-term stable performance.
